sweet kitty pot holder

I embroidered that cat not knowing how I would finish him. I decided to try something new, appliqueing the face onto the background fabric. I cut out the overall cat shape a little haphazardly, sadly. I think it looks better in person than it appears in the photo--the gray polka dot fabric isn't so dark.
